Pettee Memorial Scholarship.  It is asking for contributions to the fund to benefit Brockton High School, Massachusetts.  Miss Pettee taught there for 33 years beginning in 1867.  Her photo is on the front and inside is the information about where to contribute.  It is 5 & 1/8" by 3 & 1/8" when folded.
